Terms of use

Effective from 11 September 2026.

1. What Tiesību pulss is

Tiesību pulss is a non-commercial information project. It is not a service, not legal advice and not a substitute for a lawyer. We simply want to make it easier to follow changes in Latvian law.

2. Automatic generation

The digest is generated automatically, using artificial intelligence tools, from publicly available sources. Summaries, translations, dates and sections may contain inaccuracies or errors. Always check the original source before relying on any information.

3. Content is incomplete

The digest does not cover everything that is published. Not all publications are included, some may be missed or lost for technical reasons, and an issue may not appear in a given week. Sources may change, become unavailable or restrict access.

4. Publishers’ rights

Rights to the articles belong to their publishers. A publisher may block access to its materials or ask for them not to be included; in that case the item is removed. We reserve the right to exclude or remove any item at any time without explanation.

5. Disclaimer of liability

Information is provided “as is”, without any warranty as to accuracy, completeness, timeliness or fitness for a particular purpose. The creators and supporters of the project accept no liability for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of the website or newsletter, or from reliance on the information in them, nor for the content of third-party websites linked to.

6. Availability

The website and newsletter may be changed, suspended or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

7. Subscription

Subscription is free and you can unsubscribe at any time. By subscribing you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

8. Changes

We may change these terms. The current version is always published on this page. Questions can be sent via the contact form.
