This site uses no cookies, no analytics and no external resources, and we do not track visitors.

We process personal data only if you submit it yourself: in the subscription form (email and language) or the contact form (name, email and message). We use it only to send the digest or reply to your message and do not share it with anyone. Legal basis: your consent and your request. The site and forms are hosted by Netlify, Inc.; the letters are sent by Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA). You can unsubscribe here or by replying to any issue with the word “unsubscribe”.

An address given in the “Invite a colleague” form is used once — to send one invitation with a link — and is not stored afterwards: the recipient is not added to the subscriber list and will receive nothing else. The invitation shows the name the sender typed, so the recipient knows who recommended it. If the recipient then subscribes themselves, we keep the inviter's name and the name the invitation used for them alongside the subscription; it is visible to us only.

Subscriber emails are kept until you unsubscribe; messages for no longer than one year. You may ask to access or delete your data at any time by writing to us. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate (dvi.gov.lv).
